The Sound of 4 3 2 H z: How I Curate Frequency-Focused Ambient Music

4 3 2 H z brings together ambient and meditation releases presented by their artists as 432 Hz music. Sustained tones, gentle melodies, and spacious arrangements shape the selection.

The frequency designation gives the playlist its focus, but I’m interested in more than a number in a track title. I want to hear music with its own character: a texture that holds my attention, a melodic phrase worth returning to, or an arrangement that makes thoughtful use of a few sounds.

Giving Music Room to Settle In

I don’t rebuild this playlist every week. Once added, a track can stay for months when it continues to fit.

That’s a personal approach, not a promise about streams or placement length. I like maintaining some continuity while leaving room for new discoveries. A piece might become a favorite on the first listen, or it might take a few visits before a particular detail catches your attention.

The selection changes gradually. New submissions don’t automatically push out recordings I still enjoy hearing here.

What I Listen For

I review submissions myself, listening for the arrangement, pacing, and fit with the surrounding music.

My preference is for 432 Hz ambient and meditation releases with sustained textures, understated melodic movement, and room between changes. Both minimal recordings and more layered compositions can work. I’m more interested in the finished piece than a particular instrument or production technique.

You’ll find music from Abe Hathot alongside my own releases, including Passing Moments, from the Geometric Moods album, and Gold Sky. Each selection comes down to music I enjoy and think the audience will appreciate.

I treat the frequency focus as a way to organize the selection, not as a promise of a particular health or listening outcome.

Share the Music You Connect With

If you find a recording you enjoy, save the track, visit the artist’s profile, or explore another release. Sharing the playlist with someone who enjoys ambient and meditation music is welcome too.

Helping those discoveries turn into ongoing listening is a big reason I curate. I hope the playlist introduces you to artists whose work you’ll keep exploring beyond this selection.

Submit Your Music

If you release 432 Hz ambient or meditation music, I’d love to hear it.

Send a released track and a brief note about its tuning or frequency approach. That context helps me understand the recording without guessing from its title.

I listen for the playlist’s sound and flow, so not every submission will make it in—but I appreciate you sharing your work.
