5 2 8 H z explores different approaches to frequency-focused ambient and meditation music. Some recordings stay close to sustained tones, while others introduce melodic phrases, layered synthesizers, or more developed soundscapes.
The selection centers on releases presented by their artists as 528 Hz music. Within that focus, I’m looking for variety and individual character—not a collection of recordings that all sound alike.
A new addition doesn’t mean something else has to leave. Once selected, a track can stay in the playlist for months when it continues to fit.
That’s a personal approach, not a promise about streams or placement length. I prefer giving recordings time to become familiar rather than replacing them on a weekly schedule.
You might notice a particular sound immediately or find yourself returning to a piece after several listens. I want the playlist to allow for that slower discovery while still making room for new music.
I review submissions myself, paying attention to the sound, arrangement, and how each recording works within the selection.
My preference is for 528 Hz ambient and meditation releases with thoughtful textures and a clear sense of pacing. A minimal piece built around a sustained tone can fit, as can a fuller composition with more melodic movement. The deciding factor is whether I enjoy the recording and think it belongs alongside the other tracks.
You’ll find music from J.S. Epperson and Theta Aum alongside my own frequency releases, including Unconditional and Cosmic Float. Those different approaches are part of what I want to share through the playlist.
The frequency focus helps organize the music. It isn’t a promise of a particular health or listening outcome.
If a recording catches your attention, save the track, visit the artist’s profile, or listen to another release. Sharing the playlist with someone who enjoys frequency-focused ambient music is welcome too.
Helping listeners connect with the artists behind these recordings is a big reason I curate. I hope something you discover here becomes music you return to outside the playlist.

If you create 528 Hz ambient or meditation music, I’d love to hear it.
Send a released track and a brief note about how you use the frequency in the recording. That context is helpful alongside the music.
I listen for the playlist’s sound and flow, so not every submission will make it in—but I appreciate you sharing your work.
Listening, saving, and sharing all help support the music featured here. If you’d also like to support my own music and the time I spend curating, you can use the Buy Me a Coffee widget.
There’s no obligation, and support never influences placement.
